DJM (Dick James Music) was just starting up and they were hungry to find talent two of the artists they signed were Elton John and Marianne Segal.

Jon Miller, Roger Hand and Rod Edwards entered the stage, Jon as Roger and Rod formed a management team and Rod also became a member a new band Jade. Dave Waite, Rod Edwards and Marianne Segal.
